About Us

Our mission is to help brands improve the experience of navigating there and home – especially for those who are not “in the know.”

We have brought together some of the best minds across marketing and technology and are working in stealth to develop solutions that proactively surface contextually relevant, best-in-class guidance, safety, savings and options for visitors in all types of venues.

We are the engine behind the scenes that helps our partners offer these guided solutions.

Our Founding Team

Campbell Hyers, CEO

Campbell co-founded and served as CEO of Control Group, which focused on enhancing user experiences in the public realm, specifically in large venues like airports, transit systems and mixed-use sites. This included building digital platforms like the OTG iPad-based “virtual waiter” system now operating successfully at 11 US airports and counting. The focus on the public realm attracted Alphabet-backed Sidewalk Labs, which in 2015 led a consortium of investors to acquire Control Group as the foundation of a new company called Intersection. Campbell then served as a President at Intersection, which was the developer and deployer of famed LinkNYC smart-cities broadband project. Intersection developed a strategy for airports and their host cities that is now being executed on by Location Engine.
